Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001
On 30 April 2024, the Board of Directors of Marzotto S.p.A. appointed the standing members of the Board of Statutory Auditors as members of the Supervisory Body.
The members of the Supervisory Body — Avv. Antonella Alfonsi (Coordinator), Dr Sandro Miotto and Dr Marco Della Putta — will remain in office for the three-year period 2024–2026.
