15 INITIATIVES TO ENHANCE OUR PERFORMANCE
In two years, the Engineers’ Project has brought 15 new engineering graduates as interns into factories across the business.
Over 300 applications were received from candidates from all branches of engineering and from all over Italy.
The selection process involved various challenges, including a logic test, a psychological aptitude test, a group assessment to handle and solve a real problem working as a team, and an individual interview.
The interns worked with the plant managers on ad hoc projects to rationalize, develop and improve production processes.
One of these projects is the subject of a patent application.
Some of the interns are now employed by Marzotto Group in Italy and the rest of the world.
